Shortly after the modern industrial renovations were completed, the stunning architecture naturally began attracting attention. Friends and colleagues started requesting to use the inspiring building for their own fundraisers, art installations, and product launches. Recognizing the incredible demand for a versatile, creative space in the Los Angeles market, the team fully leaned into the idea of making the building available for events on a full-time basis.
